Memorial sessions in honor of Tom Ten Have and Andy Leon

The mental health statistics community suffered two enormous losses this past year.  Two of our close friends and leaders in mental health statistics, Dr. Tom Ten Have (U Penn) and Andy Leon (Weill Cornell Medical College), passed away this past year.

A memorial session in honor of Dr. Tom Ten Have will be held at the JSM 2012 in San Diego:  Session 221, Mon, 7/30/2012, 2:00 PM – 3:50 PM, HQ-Sapphire L.

A memorial presentation in honor of Dr. Andy Leon will be given by Dr. Don Hedeker (University of Illinois at Chicago) during Session 272, Tue, 7/31/2012, 8:30 AM – 10:20 AM, HQ-Sapphire H.
